All yoga and meditation classes must be pre-booked. You may do a private session, or bring up to 3 friends

Yoga customized to your goals and needs and set at your pace. We will focus on healthy weight loss, toning specific muscles, improving posture, range of motion, and breath work for increased stamina.
Kundalini Yoga: 60 minutes...$55
Focus on the 8 Limbs of Yoga, including breath work, meditation, and asanas (poses), and yoga to heal yourself and others. Kundalini poses focus on proper alignment of the body and release of tension, while Kundalini Breath of Fire raises the energy, and Kundalini meditation helps you to look inward.

This class is for those new to yoga and movement, those with physical impairments to traditional yoga, as well as those who simply want deep relaxation. Restorative and gentle poses, beginner meditation and soothing breathwork gently introduce you to yoga for everyone!

Chakra Balancing Yoga: 60 minutes...$55
Each session will focus on opening and balancing a specific chakra through breath work, meditation, and poses specific to that Chakra. Each session will also be focused on a specific area of the body.

Stretch Therapy: 30 minutes...$40
We will take you through a series of assisted stretches on the massage table to improve range of motion, flexibility, athletic performance, and even your golf game! Helps to relieve tight, sore muscles, repetitive motion issues, and stress.

Guided Meditation: 30 minutes...$40
A focused and guided meditation to Manifest Balance, Cleanse negative energy, and alleviate anxiety. Aromatherapy and crystal healing focus your energy toward your goals.
