All yoga and meditation classes must be pre-booked. You may do a private session, or bring up to 3 friends

Manifest Meditation $35/30 min

A focused and guided meditation to Manifest Balance, Cleanse negative energy, and alleviate anxiety. Aromatherapy and crystal healing focus your energy toward your goals.


Chakra Balancing Meditation $35/30 min

Each session will focus on opening and balancing a specific chakra through the use of a personalized crystal grid, color, sound, and aromatherapy specific to that Chakra, and our Chakra Meditation Teas. Your Meditation guide will lead you through your personal focused journey to attain balance and release.

Choose from:
Root Chakra: Brings stability, calm, and grounding
Sacral Chakra: Stimulates creativity, releases emotional blockages, brings emotional balance
Solar Plexus Chakra: Raises energy levels, stimulates motivation, raises self confidence
Heart Chakra: Heals traumas, raises loving energy, and facilitates gratitude
Throat Chakra: Facilitates communication, raises positivity levels, helps you find your truth
Third Eye Chakra: Boosts intuition, clear sight, and decision making
Crown Chakra: Connects you to your bliss, opens you to the universe, and clears negativity

Each session will focus on opening and balancing a specific chakra through breath work, meditation, and poses specific to that Chakra. Each session will also be focused on a specific area of the body.
Root Chakra: Grounding and lower body stability
Sacral Chakra: Emotional clearing and hip opening
Solar Plexus Chakra: Energizing and core strength
Heart Chakra: Gratitude and upper body mobility
Throat Chakra: Positivity and neck and shoulder stability
Third Eye Chakra: Intuition and balance
Crown Chakra: Contemplation and deep breath work

Kundalini Yoga $50/60 min
Focus on the 8 Limbs of Yoga, including breath work, meditation, and asanas (poses), and yoga to heal yourself and others. Kundalini poses focus on proper alignment of the body and release of tension, while Kundalini Breath of Fire raises the energy, and Kundalini meditation helps you to look inward.

 

Gentle Yoga $50/60 min
This class is for those new to yoga and movement, those with physical impairments to traditional yoga, as well as those who simply want deep relaxation. Restorative and gentle poses, beginner meditation and soothing breathwork gently introduce you to yoga for everyone!

Yoga for Weight Loss and Toning $50/60 min
Yoga customized to your goals and needs and set at your pace. We will focus on healthy weight loss, toning specific muscles, improving posture, range of motion, and breath work for increased stamina.
