The Shop Familiar

He has given his name as Sam. He has given his name as Gary. I jokingly call him Glengarry Glen Sam. (If you're laughing right now, thank you) He is a Russian Blue and a recovering feral. His story is long, and I am sure I don't know the half of it. But this is his home now in his current incarnation, and if you would like to meet him, he is always here.

In New York State, when the DEC seizes domestic animals from a person, they take the dogs to a shelter and put the cats outside. As a result, this handsome man was unhomed. Although his outdoor life was successful, it was rough. After a fight with an unknown assailant, he was left with an infection he couldn't fight on his own. I reached out to Ashley at Hearthside Cats, and she was able to help me get him to a vet and get all of his medical issues taken care of. He is now the official Familiar of the Shop.
