Our private yoga classes are designed for all bodies and abilities, we believe yoga is for everyone! These private classes, for individuals, dual, or small groups, are tailored to your specific needs and goals. We teach from the 8 Limbed system of yoga, or yoga as a healing and total wellness system. We believe yoga can improve one physically, through asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathwork); as well as mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Meditation has been scientifically proven to change the neural pathways of the brain, therefore lowering stress and helping you to move past traumas. Our private Meditation sessions, for individual, dual, or small group, guide you through a series of focus points, deep breathing, and manifestations to heal body and mind
This ancient healing technique uses guided meditation, breathwork, crystals, aromatherapy, and light touch to balance and open the chakras and replenish the energies. This process lowers stress levels, deeply relaxes body and mind, and allows you to move past emotional blockages.
We take a holisitic approach to skincare, treating the skin with plant based all natural holistic skincare products, while also relaxing body and mind and balancing the chakras to facilitate whole body healing.
Our readings focus on the chakras and how they are affecting your energy, day to day life, and the obstacles you face. We will help you to navigate the energetic changes needed for healing and wellness.

Mary Lee normally conducts a reading with both medium and psychic information. Normally, Mary Lee will first connect with passed loved ones and as the reading progresses psychic information is revealed. However, the reading will go in the direction its intended; Some readings will focus connections with those in spirit and others focus on your life, where you are now and what the future holds.
